How to place an order
We have two easy ways for you to place an order.
1. Online. We feature a fully secured, encrypted and password
protected order form. This is the most convenient way for
you to place an order.
2. Fax us your order. Fill in the online order form as if
you were going to place an order online. At the end of the
process just press the button ”Print for fax order”.
When you have printed your order don’t forget to fill
in your credit card number and expiration date.
Fax your order to 1-305-574-0868.
You will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail.
How to use the shopping cart
It is easy to shop at miamishades.com. All you
have to do is :
A - Use the product categories listed on at the top to locate
the type of products you are interested in purchasing, or
type in the product name using the “search for”
box at the top left.
B - Locate the product you would like to purchase and click
on the "Buy" button to the right of it. The product
will be put into your shopping cart as if you were shopping
at a store. You are free to add or delete products from your
shopping cart at any time.
C - When you have finished your shopping, you may confirm
your order and payment information. This process, for your
protection, takes place at a secure Internet server site.
At any time, you can go back and change or update your order.
You can check the products in your shopping cart at any time
by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button on the
home page. If you wish to eliminate a product, just click
on the delete (“X”) to the right. If you would like
more than one of a particular product, just change the number
in the quantity box. Then press the “calculate”
button to recalculate your total.
When you are ready to complete your order, just press the
“confirm your order” button at the bottom of the
“Shopping Cart” page. You will automatically come
to the final ordering process. Just follow the instructions
on each page; pressing “continue” when you are ready
to go to the next section. You will be asked for billing,
and shipping method as well as payment information. Once you
verify all the information is correct, you will be given the
choice of having your credit card securely processed online,
or fax your order. Our site uses state-of-the-art security
methods, making it safe to use your credit card. You may also
place your order by faxing 1-305-574-0868.
Sales Tax (US)
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all deliveries
to the state of Florida.
International Orders
We accept international orders. We have customers on all
continents however, the majority of our customers are located
in the following countries: Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea,
Germany, UK, Sweden and Finland.
Please note that all goods are supplied from the United States.
All duties and taxes, other than in the US, are the responsibility
of the customer.
Order Status and Tracking
You may receive details regarding any outstanding orders
or backorders and their status online.
After submitting your order you will receive an order confirmation
via e-mail.
A following e-mail is sent when the order has been shipped.
Parcels are normally shipped within 24 hours, Monday through
Friday excluding holidays. If your order is shipped by UPS
the tracking number is included.
Payment & Currencies
We accept the following credit cards :
The credit card will only be charged when the order is shipped.
Orders over USD $100 must be sent to the billing address.
All prices are marked in US Dollars (USD). International
orders will be debited to the credit card in USD and converted
to local currency by the credit card company.
The currency converter does not reflect the exact cost of
the product in your local currency. Even though all exchange
rates are updated electronically every morning, the currency
converter should only be used as an indication of the price
in your local currency.
